Marciel Klenk, Nutrition, Family and Consumer Science Advisor in Napa County, retired July 2005 after 38 years of service to UC Cooperative Extension. 

FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION CLASSES AND TESTS

Marciel Klenk will continue to assist Napa County Environmental Management with the Food Safety and Sanitation Class and Test.   This 8-hour class is for certification of food handlers to meet the California Uniform Retail Food Facilities Law, Section 113716. The classes are in English, but the test is available in Spanish, Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese, presented side-by-side in English.
