New Food Handler Law (SB 602)

New Food Handler Regulation information!
This year a new state law, California Food Handler Regulation SB 602, went into effect requiring all food service employees who prepare, store or serve food at restaurants to earn a California Food Handler Card on or before July 1, 2011. In Napa County, Environmental Management will work to provide education about the requirements of the law through January 2012.
